Clinical Lead Nurse Fiona Shanks has 20 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery.
She is internationally trained in Paris, London, Monaco, and Geneva, to name but a few. She was trained by world-class industry leaders and plastic surgeons and founded the renowned Expert Approach.
Having performed over 100,000 aesthetic treatments, Fiona has gained a reputation with her vast number of patients and aesthetic medical peers and global opinion leaders. She is also a public speaker and trainer for other practitioners.

Michelle Buchanan, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Michelle has a First-Class Honours in Nursing from the University of Stirling and extensive advanced training in medical aesthetics. She has expertise in dermal fillers, injectables, microneedling, and RF microneedling, specialising in skin health, ageing, and natural rejuvenation.
